Excellent Service, Honest Deal & Buy with Confidence

I held off for a week before leaving this review as I wanted to give an honest opinion after living with the car.

From the very first phone call with Lee, through to meeting his sons Nathan and Spencer (who kindly collected me from the station and handled the handover), the entire experience was first class.

The vehicle was exactly as described, came with a solid 6-month warranty, full paperwork, two keys, and a comprehensive service history. It was priced fairly for the market, and for its age, the condition is excellent.

Over the Christmas holidays I was looking at cars on the Autotrader website as my son needs a larger car than he currently has. Whilst looking I came across a nice looking Audi Q5 at Colliss Motors so once the garage reopened after the Christmas break we drove to the showroom in Warminster to view the car. When we arrived we were met by Lee the owner who showed us around the car, during this process I found Lee extremely helpful, professional and knowledgeable and also felt that he was a very honest guy so we decided to purchase the car and left a deposit for it and arranged to collect it the following Saturday.
During negotiations with Lee, he said that the cambelt and water pump would be changed prior to us collecting the car as it was due to be done, he also agreed to put a full year’s MOT on the car and said that the car would be valeted prior to collection. Lee also helped us transferring a cherished plate onto the car ahead of us collecting it.

I purchased a 2020 Focus ST from here on Saturday.
I spoke to Lee on the phone on the Friday and he gave me a rough idea as to what my existing car would be worth as a trade in.
They actually offered me more in the end!
On arrival I was greeted by Nathan the salesman who was non pushy, and he was very happy to answer any questions I had and was quite happy for me to take it for a test drive. Nothing was too much trouble, he sorted out everything, even putting my private plate on retention for me.
The deal was done and I’m extremely happy with the car, the condition actually exceeded my expectations.
